Shipping Policy

Shipping dates

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Darius Customs. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Processing Queue

Upon purchase of a shoe, there is a 1-3 week waiting period, in order to manually design each shoe. This waiting period could change depending on the number of orders there are at that time period. 

 

Once the design is complete all orders are shipped via our local Us postal service or the nearest UPS drop-off.

Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within a 1-3 week period, delivery of the item is could take 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

 

All orders have a $2 dollar shipping fee. We charge this very small fee to compensate for the travel cost, labor, and supplies.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, is out of our control.

 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

 

Darius Customs ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

For now, we do not have order tracking, as all orders are shipped using the US postal service or UPS.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 

Darius Customs is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

Darius Customs is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

We sincerely apologize for any damage the happens to your item.

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do ship outside the United States, however, shipping rates and delivery depend on your location

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

Darius Customs accepts returns only if there is a design flaw on the product or your custom didn't meet satisfactorily.

All shoes are hand-painted and colored by Darius. The Paint on the shoe, can and will chip if the shoes are handled recklessly. The paint is very durable but will be destroyed if you pick, scratch, or apply excessive heat to the custom.

 

We are not responsible for damage done on your part
